Community-Focused Program for Short-Term Out-Of-School Suspensions
ON THE RIGHT TRACK program provides a safe, reliable learning environment at our classroom facility for students in middle and high school who are undergoing short-term school suspensions and need a place to go during regular school hours to keep up with their assignments. This program is available for students enrolled in the Brunswick County Schools and follows the regular school schedule. Parents are responsible for lunch and transportation of students to and from school. We also coordinate assignments with the student’s teacher(s) and provide volunteer tutors who are background screened and competent in student’s curriculum.

Volunteers Needed
Become a volunteer with our Christian-based non-profit organization. We are seeking volunteers to tutor children in middle through high school who are undergoing short-term suspensions. Volunteers would be expected to coordinate work hours between 9:00am – 2:30pm in sync with Brunswick County School schedule. Currently, we have experienced volunteers on staff who help with mentoring and tutoring.
Contact to Volunteer
We will screen each potential volunteer’s background to ensure they are well-suited to tutor and supervise children. This is a great opportunity for retired teachers who want to devote some of their time to helping children.
